Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class service to every customer, ensuring a memorable and luxurious shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to build brand loyalty.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of all Adelle Jewellery collections and current market trends.
- Conduct professional jewellery presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
- Handle inventory management, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions accurately and follow store operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, jewellery, or high-end fashion.
- Possess a pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
