Media.Monks is looking for a driven Jr. Collection Analyst to join our expanding Finance team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the backbone of our receivables process, ensuring financial health while collaborating with cross-functional teams across our international offices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
- Proactively communicate with clients via email and phone to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile complex customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on collection performance and outstanding receivables for management.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Project Management teams to resolve disputes or payment issues.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records and update internal databases with payment information.
- Support the finance team with month-end closing activities and audit documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable preferred (fresh graduates with a strong internship background are encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced environment.
