Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full cycle of financial accounting, including general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and variances to provide actionable insights for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards (MAS) and hospital internal policies and procedures.
- Drive initiatives to improve financial processes and implement new accounting systems or upgrades.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making through robust financial modeling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and accounting, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
