Tanggung Jawab
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the brand's content calendar to ensure timely delivery.
- Write and edit clear, persuasive copy for product descriptions, website pages, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trending topics, keywords, and competitor activities in the skincare industry.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetics across all channels.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights for optimization to improve reach and engagement.
- Assist in managing basic administrative tasks related to content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and style.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and content management best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management tools (e.g., WordPress, Canva).
