Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain day-to-day relationships with key retail partners and accounts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and resolve potential issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product replenishment and merchandising execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail partner inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and speed.
- Execute promotional calendars and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Management team.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance presentations for senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within Jakarta and Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or retail operations, preferably in the FMCG or Beauty sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple retail accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) is essential.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to solve problems and drive results.
