Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for modern trade channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores)
- Manage and nurture relationships with key retail accounts to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights through data analysis
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal product availability and merchandising
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or key account management within modern trade
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables essential)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with FMCG retail landscape in Jakarta
