In this role, you will be responsible for performing precision TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) operations on high-quality stainless steel components. We pride ourselves on maintaining industry-leading standards, and we are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. As a Junior Welder, you will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform GTAW (TIG) welding operations on stainless steel pipes and plates to meet strict technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Interpret and understand complex blueprints, welding symbols, and geometric tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper waste disposal and tool maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure efficient assembly and welding processes.
- Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff when required.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of a valid 6G GTAW (TIG) welding certificate or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Proven experience in welding stainless steel materials and navigating various welding positions.
- Strong understanding of welding metallurgy and material properties.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and working in different orientations.
- Basic knowledge of welding machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
