Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior technicians with the installation of new air conditioning and refrigeration units.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on various AC systems, including cleaning filters, coils, and checking refrigerant levels.
- Conduct basic diagnostic checks and assist in identifying common issues with AC and refrigeration units.
- Execute minor repairs under supervision, such as replacing faulty components or addressing refrigerant leaks.
- Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed for client reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service status and estimated completion times.
- Support the team by organizing tools, equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational/technical course in HVAC or refrigeration is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration principles, components, and common issues.
- Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
