As a Junior Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition efforts. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the advertising and media sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective leads.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure client campaign goals are met.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in B2B sales or account management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Resilient, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a professional demeanor.
