Tanggung Jawab

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and development teams to ensure successful project deployment.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services.
  • Prepare and present professional service proposals and account status reports.
  • Monitor market trends to provide actionable insights for client business growth.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly by coordinating with cross-functional departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for tech sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
