Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical solution delivery.
- Collaborate with internal technical and development teams to ensure successful project deployment.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services.
- Prepare and present professional service proposals and account status reports.
- Monitor market trends to provide actionable insights for client business growth.
- Resolve client concerns promptly by coordinating with cross-functional departments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for tech sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
