We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Agronomist and Field Assistant to join our agricultural team. This is a full-time opportunity to work directly in the field, supporting critical operations in key agricultural regions including Kabupaten Indramayu, Cirebon, Alahan Panjang, Deli Serdang, and Tanah Karo. As a Field Assistant Agrochemicals, you will play a vital role in ensuring crop health, assisting with chemical applications, and maintaining the productivity of partner farms.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field inspections and monitor crop health and growth status.
- Assist in the accurate application of agrochemicals, fertilizers, and pesticides.
- Collect and record field data, including pest reports, weather conditions, and crop yields.
- Maintain inventory levels of field supplies and ensure proper chemical storage.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines during operations.
- Communicate effectively with local farmers and provide feedback to the technical team.
- Travel to various field locations to support operational needs and spot-checking tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) is required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel frequently to remote regions.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to operate simple farm machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and report writing skills.
