Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior architects in the conceptualization, design development, and space planning of residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare high-quality architectural drawings, floor plans, and detailed elevations using CAD and BIM software.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and document project progress to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors to resolve technical issues during the construction phase.
- Support the team in preparing permit applications, building codes compliance documentation, and regulatory filings.
- Create compelling 3D renderings and physical models to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project records, material specifications, and architectural documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- A licensed architect or a board exam graduate is preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes, zoning ordinances, and construction standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing academic or professional design projects is highly encouraged.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu.
