As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior designers and project managers on a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from residential developments to commercial interiors. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior architects in the conceptualization and design development phases of various projects.
- Create high-quality 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D perspectives using industry-standard software.
- Prepare comprehensive construction drawings and technical specifications for regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Maintain project documentation, including transmittals, RFI logs, and meeting minutes.
- Support the design team with material selection, mood board creation, and client presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- A professional portfolio showcasing academic or professional design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).
- Experience with Revit or BIM-related workflows is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes, standards, and permit application processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within a professional team.
