Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using ArchiCAD software
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models according to Australian building standards
- Prepare documentation for insurance-related architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and modify drawings based on feedback and project changes
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural drafting using ArchiCAD
- Experience with insurance-based drafting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards
- Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting work
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
