- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately for consistent product quality
- Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Monitor baking processes and adjust techniques for optimal results
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Present finished products attractively for display and sale
