- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for banking solutions.
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining core banking systems and digital platforms.
- Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities to ensure system reliability.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills with a keen interest in banking and financial services.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle, databases, and query languages (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work in a fastâpaced environment.
- Selfâmotivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
