Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement using Odoo ERP
- Document business requirements, specifications, and processes in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of Odoo ERP modules
- Support the development of training materials and conduct user training for Odoo ERP systems
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization
- Prepare regular reports on system usage, issues, and improvements
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo ERP features and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
