- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with business partners and key stakeholders
- Coordinate network initiatives and partnership programs to drive mutual growth
- Analyze partnership performance metrics and prepare actionable insights reports
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners
- Support the implementation of partnership strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage partner onboarding processes and relationship documentation
- Monitor industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or client relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Ability to work effectively in a mid-shift schedule (1 PM - 10 PM)
- Adaptability to hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week)
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of financial services industry preferred
