Tanggung Jawab
- Perform mechanical assembly and installation of components according to technical specifications.
- Read and accurately interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams for various tasks.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Execute repair work and component replacements efficiently to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair logs, and inventory usage.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related technical field).
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematic drawings and technical diagrams.
- Proven hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with the use of various hand tools and power tools.
- Basic understanding of maintenance principles and practices.
- Willingness and flexibility to work on rotating morning and night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
