Tanggung Jawab
- Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments for clients
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations
- Stay updated on the latest hairstyling techniques, trends, and products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workstations and equipment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Assist senior hairstylists with complex procedures and learn new techniques
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in cosmetology, hairstyling, or related field
- Basic knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow salon protocols
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends
- Professional appearance and good personal grooming
