Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior hairdressers with cutting, coloring, and styling procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
- Greet clients warmly, listen to their hair care needs, and provide professional consultations.
- Book appointments and manage client records accurately using salon management software.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure the salon floor remains clean, clutter-free, and welcoming at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a salon assistant or junior stylist is a plus but not strictly required.
- Strong passion for hair styling and a desire to continuously learn new techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
