Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Senior Hairstylists in various technical services including shampooing, blow-drying, and color application.
- Prepare clients for services by draping and ensuring comfort and cleanliness.
- Maintain a sanitized, organized, and professional workstation at all times.
- Provide attentive customer service, including greeting clients and offering refreshments.
- Assist in the mixing of hair color and chemical treatments according to precise formulas.
- Manage salon inventory, including restocking hair products and styling tools.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, products, and advanced styling techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of a Cosmetology or Hairstyling vocational course (NCII holder is a plus).
- Strong passion for the hair and beauty industry with a drive to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of hair care products and styling tools.
- Previous experience in a salon setting is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
