Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for People Operations and Human Resources? PT XIANXING is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HRD (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in North Jakarta. This role is perfect for a talented individual looking to bridge language barriers while mastering core HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

As a Junior HRD, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our daily HR operations, acting as a key communication link between local staff and the management team. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative compliance. We are looking for someone who is not only fluent in Mandarin but also possesses a strong service mindset and a desire to contribute to a collaborative corporate culture.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for Mandarin-speaking staff and management, ensuring effective cross-cultural communication.
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR database entries.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and company attendance policies.
  • Participate in organizing internal training, employee engagement programs, and team-building activities.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and resolve workplace issues with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documentation, reports, and internal correspondences in both Mandarin and Indonesian/English.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in Indonesian/English.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or office administration; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational ethics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
