Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, applications, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network components
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems
- Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical escalations
- Conduct periodic system maintenance and security updates
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and MS Office suite
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals and security protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused communication skills with Bahasa Indonesia fluency
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
