Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in identifying, researching, and vetting potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers relevant to our brand and campaign objectives.
- Support the outreach process and build initial relationships with selected KOLs and their management.
- Coordinate and manage content briefing sessions for KOLs, ensuring clear communication of campaign goals, messaging, and deliverables.
- Monitor and track KOL campaign performance across various social media platforms, collecting relevant data and metrics.
- Compile performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for future influencer marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and competitor activities in the Indonesian market.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, brand, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Assist in content scheduling, delivery tracking, and ensuring timely publication of KOL-generated content.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven keen interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital culture (portfolio or previous project experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to identify emerging trends, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the digital marketing landscape.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in marketing, social media, or PR is advantageous.
