Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex repair projects
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies
- Support facility upkeep including lighting, HVAC, and structural elements
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent technical certification required
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Physical ability to work in industrial environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Fresh graduates with technical training are encouraged to apply
