Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from property residents and management
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate
- Assist senior technicians with complex maintenance tasks and learn specialized skills
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during work operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and property management regarding maintenance issues
Kualifikasi
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills on the job
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on property locations
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
