Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco network equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement network security protocols and access control mechanisms
- Document network configurations, topologies, and standard operating procedures
- Assist in network capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical incidents
- Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Active CCNA certification is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, OSI model, and LAN/WAN technologies
- Familiarity with Cisco IOS command-line interface
- Basic knowledge of network security principles and VPN implementations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
