We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing digital operations team as a Junior Operations Executive. This entry-level role is designed for candidates with little to no experience who are eager to launch their career in a collaborative and fast-paced digital environment. Full training will be provided to ensure your success.
In this role, you will support daily operational workflows, perform essential system tasks, and contribute to the efficiency of our digital operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, assist in process improvements, and help maintain high standards of operational excellence.
This position offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement based at Singapore General Hospital or remotely. We provide a competitive monthly salary of SGD 6,000 to SGD 9,000 plus performance incentives. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Singapore resident or valid work pass
- High school diploma or equivalent
