Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior chefs in daily pastry production including dough mixing, baking, and decoration
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes and specifications
- Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent quality and presentation standards
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
