Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, and email channels
- Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms
- Develop audience targeting strategies and conduct A/B testing for ad creatives
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Collaborate with creative teams to align campaign messaging with brand guidelines
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in managing digital marketing budgets and ensuring cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance advertising
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and marketing automation tools preferred
