- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Integrate Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) to streamline business processes

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation requirements and success metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Flow, Common Data Service)
- Understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
