Are you a charismatic communicator with a passion for live streaming and digital media? We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Junior Presenter to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging audiences through live broadcasts and multimedia content.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives under the spotlight, possesses natural energy, and has the technical proficiency to manage streaming setups. If you are fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia and are comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, we want to hear from you. You will play a vital role in executing high-quality streams, ensuring technical stability, and driving viewer engagement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Host and present professional live stream sessions across various digital platforms.
- Manage technical operations including OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) to ensure seamless stream quality.
- Engage with the live audience, manage Q&A sessions, and maintain high viewer energy levels.
- Coordinate with production teams to prepare scripts, talk tracks, and visual assets before going live.
- Monitor stream metrics and audience sentiment to optimize future performance.
- Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are accurately represented in every broadcast.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues during live sessions to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Broadcasting, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven experience or strong familiarity with OBS Studio or similar streaming software.
- A confident, outgoing personality with the ability to improvise and stay calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in hosting, live streaming, or public speaking is highly advantageous.
- Technical aptitude to handle basic audio/video equipment and lighting setups.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones or event requirements.
