Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to report, track, and verify bug fixes using JIRA
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on web and mobile applications
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Document test results and provide detailed quality reports to stakeholders
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
