Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual and automated testing procedures to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Develop comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Document, track, and report bugs using defect tracking systems with detailed reproduction steps and severity levels
- Collaborate with development and product teams to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
- Perform compatibility testing across different devices, browsers, and operating systems
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to provide quality insights and testing progress updates
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA documentation best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, Postman)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript) and SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced development environments
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with continuous learning attitude
