Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and reach out to prospective B2B clients through cold calling, email, and social networking.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of leads and track progress through our CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to close sales effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta Utara.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
