  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CTR, engagement rates) to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product marketing, to launch integrated campaigns.

  • Optimize landing pages and digital assets to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation (Junior/Senior levels considered).
  • Strong proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proven ability to write compelling copy that resonates with diverse consumer audiences.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Malay or Chinese is an added advantage.
