Are you a search enthusiast with a passion for emerging search ecosystems? Lumnify Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Junior SEO Executive to join our high-performing marketing team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to specialize in the Chinese search engine market, specifically focusing on Baidu SEO.
As our Junior SEO Executive, you will work closely with senior strategists to drive organic growth, improve keyword rankings, and enhance visibility within the Baidu ecosystem. This is an ideal position for candidates who have a solid foundation in core SEO principles and are eager to tackle the unique technical and content challenges of the Chinese search landscape. You will gain hands-on experience in managing indexation, technical audits, and localized content strategies designed to capture high-intent traffic.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective Baidu SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis specifically for the Chinese search market.
- Execute on-page and off-page optimization tasks, including title tag refinement, meta descriptions, and header optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve indexation or crawling issues on Baidu.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure localized content meets Baidu’s unique quality standards and search intent.
- Monitor and report on search performance metrics using Baidu Webmaster Tools and other analytics platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithmic updates in the Chinese search landscape to maintain compliance and growth.
Kualifikasi
- 1-2 years of proven experience in SEO (prior exposure to Chinese search engines is a significant advantage).
- Strong understanding of core SEO concepts: link building, technical SEO, keyword mapping, and content optimization.
- Basic familiarity with Baidu Webmaster Tools or similar analytics software.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is highly preferred to manage content nuances.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive learner who is eager to master the intricacies of Baidu’s ranking algorithms.
