Tanggung Jawab
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, with special focus on Xiaohongshu
- Develop content strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions
- Stay updated on current social media trends and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools
- Experience with Xiaohongshu is highly desirable
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passion for adventure and outdoor activities is a plus
