Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure and other ICT systems
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact business operations
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement system upgrades and security patches
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions to technical issues
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing network performance
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of network technologies and infrastructure systems
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
