Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate wafer fabrication equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines are functioning within optimal parameters.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of production machinery.
- Record and document production data accurately to maintain high quality standards.
- Support the engineering team in process improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with cleanroom protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to perform rotating shifts as required by production schedules.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data logging.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment using specialized PPE.
