Tanggung Jawab
- Perform welding and fabrication of metal components using TIG and MIG processes
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding through cleaning, grinding, and edge preparation
- Inspect welded joints for quality, defects, and compliance with standards
- Operate welding equipment safely and perform routine maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality targets
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols
- Document welding procedures and maintain accurate work records
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification in technical field
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques, particularly TIG and MIG
- Familiarity with metal fabrication tools and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Physical stamina to work in various positions and handle materials
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new fabrication methods
