Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic planning and operational management of clinic activities
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (BPJS, Kemenkes standards)
- Leading multidisciplinary teams including medical and administrative staff
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives for patient care
- Managing clinic budgets, resources, and facility maintenance
- Developing community outreach programs and health education campaigns
- Overseeing patient experience optimization and service protocols
- Collaborating with laboratory and diagnostic service teams
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 degree in Medicine, Nursing, Health Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of clinical management experience in Indonesian healthcare
- Valid medical practice license (STR/SPRS) and BPJS accreditation knowledge
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare operational standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Data-driven decision making and performance monitoring skills
- Experience with electronic health records and clinic management systems
