As a Key Account Executive, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge logistics platform and our high-value corporate clients. We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage accounts but actively consults and optimizes logistics solutions for our partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients to expand Deliveree's market share in the logistics sector.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs or revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
