As a Key Account Executive, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge logistics platform and our high-value corporate clients. We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage accounts but actively consults and optimizes logistics solutions for our partners. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients to expand Deliveree's market share in the logistics sector.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs or revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
