Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within Modern Trade channels (Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Convenience Stores).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail buyers.
  • Conduct regular market visits and store audits to ensure product availability, correct shelving, and visibility standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize shelf placement.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with retail partners to maximize profit margins and market share.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the FMCG or Stationery industry.
  • Strong understanding of Modern Trade channel operations and retail management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid Driving License (SIM A) is highly preferred for site visits.
