Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account partners to secure long-term business growth.
- Execute and monitor promotional programs for Lock & Lock products to ensure optimal market penetration.
- Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance vs. program implementation to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with brand objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts for management.
- Identify and resolve issues at the store or account level to ensure consistent product availability.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust account strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, preferably in the FMCG or Houseware industry.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing promotional budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and modern trade dynamics.
