Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for building long-term business partnerships? PT. Dexter International Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive (Offline) to join our rapidly expanding team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the face of our brand in the offline market, responsible for developing strategic sales channels and nurturing relationships with our most critical accounts.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our offline market reach.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of key accounts to ensure long-term retention.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the offline retail and distribution sectors.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiate contract terms to close high-value deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales goals with business objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, or offline retail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and professional English.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required by business needs.
