Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to ensure long-term retention and growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Cartrack's suite of SaaS solutions.
- Monitor account health metrics and address client concerns promptly to minimize churn and maximize satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align product features with client operational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports within the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, telematics, or fleet management solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights.
