PT Rama Digital Teknologi Nusantara is looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager (C2C Business) to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the bridge between our organization and our vital C2C marketplace partners, driving business growth and ensuring seamless operational performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indonesian digital landscape, specifically within the consumer-to-consumer marketplace ecosystem. You will be responsible for nurturing high-value relationships, identifying market opportunities, and translating data-driven insights into actionable sales strategies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing C2C key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase gross merchandise value (GMV) and market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, providing actionable insights for account improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to execute campaigns that align with client business objectives.
  • Identify new business development opportunities within the C2C sector to expand the company's portfolio.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to discuss performance, challenges, and future growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all internal reporting and tracking tools are updated accurately to reflect real-time performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in e-commerce or digital tech.
  • In-depth knowledge of the C2C e-commerce landscape in Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales and growth targets.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and marketplace backend systems.
