Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to final contract negotiation and account onboarding.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales tactics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and detailed reporting on pipeline health and account performance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to identify growth areas and address any service challenges proactively.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or a senior sales role.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at an executive level.
  • Deep understanding of the Jakarta market landscape and local business culture.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of both Indonesian and English.
